Three levels of support

Planning a wedding is a big deal, and however you found us, we don't take it lightly that you're even considering letting us in on it. Every package below is built around the same idea: this day matters more than most, and you deserve to actually enjoy it, not just survive it. Every package includes access to our supplier directory. Each "from" price is a starting point for a typical project at that tier, not a ceiling, if there's something specific you'd like added, the enhancement menu below covers the most common extras, priced individually.

A banquet table decorated with a floral centerpiece featuring pink roses, white daisies, and greenery, set in a glass vase. The table is covered with a white tablecloth and has place settings with silverware, glassware, and blue gingham napkins tied with twine and a small orange tag. The background shows more decorations and chairs, suggesting a formal event or wedding reception in a well-lit indoor space.

Light-touch, task-based help

The Essentials

You've done most of the hard thinking already. We take the pieces that would otherwise pull your attention at the worst moment: sourcing that one tricky supplier, building the timeline, or fielding questions on the day itself, so you're free to just be in it.

One initial consultation call

Day-of timeline / run-sheet, built by us

Self-serve access to the supplier directory

One final-details call, two weeks out

Day-of coordination — single point of contact on site

Not included: ongoing supplier management, contract review, budget tracking, design input, unlimited check-ins — see the enhancement menu below.

Want a bit more?

These work alongside any package, without stepping up a whole tier. Pick whatever's actually useful, and leave the rest.

Aerial view of turquoise sea surrounded by large lush green cliffs with boats floating on the water.

Oh, and the honeymoon too.

We also run a Travel Counsellors franchise, a financially protected travel agency, so we can book your honeymoon ourselves instead of handing you off to someone new the moment the wedding's sorted. It's an optional add-on at every package level, never a condition of booking.
