1. Who we are

These terms apply to event planning services provided by There We Are Then Events. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean There We Are Then Events, and "you" and "your" mean the client booking our services.

2. Our services

We offer three packages — The Essentials, The Co-Pilot and Full Planning — described on our Packages page. The exact scope of work for your event is set out in your individual proposal or contract, which takes precedence over the general package descriptions on the website if the two differ.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once we've received your signed contract and deposit.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations and changes are confirmed in your contract.

5. Suppliers

We work with a network of independent suppliers. Suppliers pay us a referral fee when we book them into your event — this doesn't add to what you pay. We take care in who we recommend, but each supplier operates under their own terms and is responsible for the services they provide; we're not liable for a supplier's acts or omissions, though we will help resolve issues as they come up.

6. Travel and honeymoon bookings

Any travel or honeymoon booking is arranged separately through Ari Levy - Travel Counsellor, a Travel Counsellors franchise, under that business's own booking terms and financial protections.

7. Liability

Our liability is set out in your contract.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
