Ours, first.

Nothing fancy, just love, split across three of our favourite spots in the city. We started with a relaxed lunch for our wedding party at Cosy Club on Corn Street, then walked round to Bristol Register Office for the ceremony itself at 4pm, guests gathered in the car park beforehand and we lingered outside after for photos and hellos. From there, everyone headed to Bocabar at Finzels Reach for pizza, cocktails, dancing and cake. We ended up with a seating plan after all, dietary requirements made it necessary, and it turned out to be one of the better calls we made: it gave us proper pockets of time with different groups of guests across the day, instead of one big blur where you barely see everyone. If you're planning something similar: splitting the day across venues sounds complicated on paper, but it kept things relaxed rather than rushed, just make sure the timings between venues have enough slack in them, and that someone other than you is holding the schedule.
